I wanted to share that I had a very good experience in support of my 17 yr old daughter. She came into the facility in need of guidance and some self awareness. The staff was very professional and courteous. The graduation ceremony / process was unexpected but very touching and well done. I'd like to thank the following staff members: Ms. Rebecca Mr. Derrick Mr. Amal Mr. John Mr. Wood Mr. Kelly Ms. Emily Ms. Briana Ms Heather was also an extremely valuable resource to explain the process, insurance, how the UR works (Utilization Review) and other things that parents need to know about if this is their first time through this process.
My sister completed the 90 day program at The Odyssey House with miraculous outcomes. The Odyssey House has a wonderful program that encompasses physical, emotional, academic and spiritual growth for their participants. The staff was friendly, warm, compassionate and stern, which are important variables needed as the participants overcome their battles. It’s refreshing to see my sister’s new attitude towards life and her future. I am overall pleased with services and care rendered at The Odyssey House.
My daughter was there for 81 days. Like most teenagers she was furious with me placing her there but after a while she began to listen to the facility director and her counselor and I can say she has come home a different person. she has been clean now for 3 months
To all the negative post I was in there in 2014 and got kicked out for being on facebook. But the food was the best. It had Xbox 1 pool table ping pong weights tredmill Redbox movies we went to the holocaust museum and the university of houston. Now im about to be 17 and still think about the fun times I had in there. And the staff were cool except for a few. Other than that good place
Great place for young adults
They saved my son's life! He has a new chance to have a future now!
